TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are outlined for Elegant Edge Australia below.
After the delivery of the grazing tables, boxes and boards we do not accept any liability for damage to foods or items required for the event. Elegant Edge Australia will offer recommendations for setting up food for the event.
PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy applies to all customers and all orders. Elegant Edge Australia takes privacy very seriously and assure that we only collect the customer’s personal information as outlined below. Statement complies with The Privacy Act 1988.
We do not sell, share, trade any customer details or information with any third parties. The information collected is for Elegant Edge Australia orders only.
The information in which we may collect are:
-Full Name
-Delivery / Event Address
-Email Address
-Contact Number
-Date and Start Time and End Time of the event
-Food allergies or food intolerances

DELIVERY AND PICK UP
This includes delivery boxes, round boards and grazing table items.
Elegant Edge Australia is located Southside Brisbane 4300.
We do offer pick up service at no extra cost but we do delivery.
Delivery fees vary depending on the distance this is around Brisbane and on special requests we can do up to Sunshine Coast and down to the Gold Coast additional fees apply with approval.
Delivery times are organised between Elegant Edge Australia and the customer prior to the day.
We do not offer authority to leave, the customer must be there to collect the delivery box.
When it comes to round boards and grazing tables we have the option to leave the hired items with the customer so that Elegant Edge Australia can collect either after the event or the next day. Prior arrangements are to be made before event day.
Please note that until Elegant Edge Australia returns to pick up the items and property left for the event the items / property is the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT
All orders are calculated at the checkout and can be made by credit card or bank transfer. All prices include GST.
Bank transfer will need the payment evidence emailed through to elegantedgeaustralia@gmail.com
We also offer Afterpay and for which we follow and obey Afterpay policies and procedures.
Credit Card and Debit Card payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe.
Refund / Cancellation
Elegant Edge Australia has a strict refund and cancellation policy this is due to us having to order fresh food prior to the event.
Any amended to an order already being placed must send an email to elegantedgeaustralia@gmail.com or through our Instagram page.
Cancellations or amendments must be sent through 4 days prior. The Customer can choose to have a credit note or a full refund. Any cancellations or amendments less than 48 hours prior to the event will not receive a credit note or refund.
To confirm your order we require full payment to be made at time of booking. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We can make adjustments to the order as long as prior reasonable notice is communicated between Elegant Edge Australia and the customer.
For any product that has a major fault or defect that is at no fault to the customer a full refund will be provided, this is in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
RETURN OF EQUIPMENT
All items that are to be used for event use only. All equipment is to be put back in the black plastic box provided at the day of the event. The round boards and grazing tables we have the option to leave the hired items with the customer so that Elegant Edge Australia can collect either after the event or the next day. Prior arrangements are to be made before event day.
Please note that until Elegant Edge Australia returns to pick up the items and property left for the event the items / property is the responsibility of the customer.
Any equipment not returned or damaged by the customer will be invoiced for that item.
All items that are washed need to be hand washed, only no dishwasher.
Allergy Advice
Upon booking the customer will be asked to select if there are any allergies so that the Elegant Edge Australia team is aware of any food allergies or intolerances. This is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend that all platters and boxes are to be in the shade and out of direct sunlight.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or amendments MUST be sent through 4 days PRIOR to your booking date. The customer can choose to have a credit note or a full refund if cancellation policy has been adhered too. Any cancellations or amendments less than 48 hours prior to the event or booking time will NOT receive a credit note or refund.
