Hi, we are Rhys and Ashley we love food and love creating platter boxes / spreads for all events and any occasion. We bring the convenience of catering to you. Eat the Rainbow is our motto; we create every grazing table, board and delivery box with wow factor colours, creativity and delicious fresh food. We formed Elegant Edge Australia back in 2019 and have catered for large events including weddings, Covid safe weddings, birthdays, hens, anniversaries, work functions, fundraisers etc. 

Both Ashley and Rhys are food safe qualified and together have a combined experience of working 13years with fresh foods this includes, continental deli’s, specialist deli’s and retail deli’s. 

We can cater all over Brisbane and are open to catering at the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
